We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Success Manager (CSM) with 5+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or agency-side operations. The ideal candidate has worked extensively with agencies handling multiple client accounts and possesses a solid understanding of the Amazon marketplace ecosystem.

This role requires exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless execution, strong client relationships, and consistent delivery across accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end client communication across multiple accounts
  • Build strong relationships with clients and manage expectations effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Track project timelines, priorities, and performance metrics
  • Share regular performance reports, insights, and updates with clients
  • Identify growth opportunities and potential upsell avenues for existing accounts
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account management processes
  • Proactively resolve client concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with Amazon marketplace specialists to support account growth strategies

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Agency Operations
  • Prior experience working with agencies managing multiple client accounts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of Amazon marketplace operations and ecosystem
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship management capabilities
  • Experience with reporting, task tracking, and client servicing workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with eCommerce or Amazon-focused agencies
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, PPC, or marketplace operations
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify account growth and upsell opportunities
