We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Zendesk Ticketing & Website Product Upload Executive. The role involves managing customer queries through Zendesk and ensuring accurate and timely product uploads on the company website. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer queries, requests, and issues via Zendesk in a timely and professional manner.
- Create, update, and maintain tickets, ensuring proper categorization and resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product data and content on the website.
- Regularly update product listings and make necessary changes as required.
- Maintain records of tickets and product updates for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Follow defined processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of customer support processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to learn tools like Zendesk and CMS platforms.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
