Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, excellent English communication skills, and a strong ability to generate and qualify leads. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.

  • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the company's IT solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA is mandatory.

  • 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Sales Development.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).

  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: 1–5 years

  • Education: MBA (Mandatory)

  • Industry Experience: IT Sales (Mandatory)

  • Location: Must be willing to work from the Noida office.

  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
