• Define architecture, drive high-stakes design (build vs. buy, data models), and ensure technical alignment with business goals.
• Write clean, scalable code, review pull requests, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain application quality.
• Lead, coach, and grow engineers through design reviews, career guidance, and fostering a culture of learning and psychological safety.
• Oversee the full software lifecycle, collaborating with product/stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Evaluate new tech (like Generative AI) and influence roadmaps by presenting technical trade-offs to leadership.

• 7+ years of proven full-stack development, team leadership/mentoring, and architecting complex systems.
• Strong in front-end (JS/TS, Frameworks like Angular/React), back-end (Java/Python/Node.js), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Expertise in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, TDD/BDD, OOP principles, and design patterns.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
