Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SFMC Specialist with hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, email development, and campaign operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and optimize Email, SMS, and Push Notification campaigns.
  • Design and configure Journeys, Automations, and Data Extensions in SFMC.
  • Develop and test AMPscript, HTML email templates, and personalization logic.
  • Manage campaign segmentation, A/B testing, tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and product teams to support campaign needs.
  • Ensure data hygiene, compliance, and quality across all customer communication assets.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to SFMC configurations, journeys, and API integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and responsive email design.
  • Experience working with APIs and SFMC integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign results and insights.
  • SFMC Certification(s) preferred.
