Sales Development Representative ll Noida
EbizON is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in our Noida office. The primary responsibility of this role is to actively identify, engage, and qualify potential customers to drive new business opportunities and support renewals with SMC-Corporate clients.
The ideal candidate is results-oriented, proactive in lead generation, and passionate about driving business growth and contributing to overall revenue success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and build relationships with potential clients across global markets.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Nurture leads through strategic outreach and targeted communication.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and execute sales strategies.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline to achieve set targets.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and gain competitive insights.
Develop and implement effective sales approaches based on past learnings.
Understand client needs, research their business requirements, and present tailored solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
Ensure seamless lead management by accurately updating all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of full-time work experience, preferably in sales or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and accountability.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
High level of business acumen, professionalism, and integrity.
